(“DRONICO”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with its registered office at Office C66, Al Saqr Business Tower, Trade Center Second Area, Dubai, UAE. 2. What personal data we collect

We only collect the data you choose to give us through our contact and partner/investor forms, and basic technical data when you browse the site.

• Data you submit in a form: full name, company or organisation, country, role, email, WhatsApp/phone number, LinkedIn, partnership type and your message.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, and pages visited, collected through cookies and analytics (see section 6).

We do not knowingly collect data from children, and we do not collect special categories of personal data.

3. Why we use your data

• To respond to your enquiry and communicate with you about a partnership, investment or project.
• To manage and follow up on your request in our customer relationship system.
• To operate, secure and improve the website.

We process your form data on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box and submitting the form. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us. • Our customer relationship management (CRM) system, used to receive and manage enquiries.
• Our email and hosting providers.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it for advertising. Providers act on our instructions under appropriate agreements.

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping, unless a longer period is required by law. We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months.
